Managing the end-to-end sale and logistics of this stock into non-conflicting channels around the UK, Europe and ROW is our USP.
Since our acquisition of a computer & smartphone refurbishment company in 2017, we have been able to take the returns management process in house, allowing us to control the quality & grading of the stock we process.
The company has also grown its presence in the promotion & incentive markets, which include staff gifting & corporate loyalty programmes. This has allowed brands that we work with to find new business channels into blue chip companies looking to provide their staff or customers with discounted gifts or rewards.

Xcess launches new Returns Management system which links to Xcess Test - in-house and industry-leading software that allows computing & smartphone returns to be data erased, tested and managed via the cloud.
Nina Frape joins as UK Sales Director, bringing with her 10 years experience as Head of Clearance for Kondor Ltd.
Xcess moves into additional warehousing in the same site location, allows for peak inbound and also protects against disaster recovery.
Start of Covid-19 UK lockdown.
