Data retention

We will retain your information for 10 years after the date of your last interaction.

Xcess Trading Ltd do not retain credit card information.

After the above time periods have elapsed without any interaction, we will delete all personal information associated with your account. Please note that once data has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by following the link at the footer of our emails, or by contacting us directly.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may share your personal information with third parties in order to facilitate the dispatch of competition prizes – if so, this will be clearly stated in the terms and conditions of each relevant competition, and your data will be shared securely.
